Guest name while check in

Guest name while check in

When we check in the room extension from PMS , then the name of guest appears on digital phone only 8 characters with extension number. e.g. for guest name Mr. Ramkumar Kaushal of room no. 101, oxo shows only - Mr. Kaush101.en .
Can we increase characters of name?
can oxo take complete name of guest?
can we remove extension 101 from name?

We need that oxo shows guest name as Mr. Ramkumar Kaushal or Mr. Kaushal
