Different Voice Mail on busy and no response

Post by neurino »

Hello,

I configured a deviation to voice mail after 10 seconds on the extension of the main operator.

Message goes like "sorry, all operators are busy, please leave a message with your name, number, etc..."

Problem is if the extension is busy it immediatly diverts to voice mail with another message "answers the voice mail of XXX, leave a message after the beep" which is bad: the same message above should be played.

How can I get the same message on busy and no response?

More details if needed:

we have an automatic responder with a menu, pressing 1 it used to go to a hunt group which, at the moment only contained 1 extension, the one mentioned earlier.

Unluckily I haven't been able to get a voice mail to answer after 10 seconds, is it possible? How

I ended up replacing the hunt group with the only extension, this way I have been able to setup what above.

Software is OmniPXC Ofccie 8.2.16.1

Update: I got this to work with an analog extension, while with a 4039 -- the one we want the voicemail to answer -- it keeps telling the wrong message when busy. WHY?!?!?!?!
