OmniPCX Office Reception phones

I would like to be able to add a couple of lines that ring when someone is calling into main reception and also remove another extension from that facility. However I have downloaded manuals from the internet and nothing helps with how you do this? Any clues?

Also does anyone know a company that will do a service maintenance contract of these very old phones, I keep being knocked back as its too old!
