DECT handset 8232 without Menu icon

Hello guys, yesterday I was registering a DECT 8232 handset in the OXE, everithing works fine for a couple of hours but suddenly the extension lost registration, but now the telephone doesn't have the menu icon to reconfigure, do you have any idea what happened?
