Can't access OSC remotely via IP when on SIP trunks

I have a customer with an OXO on 022/021.001
The PABX is no SIP trunks and remote access is via IP through port forwarding on a Huawei router.
With this configuration I can't run OSC for tracing and I'm wondering whether there are other ports I need to open for this. Any advice gratefully received.
