Omnisound 4135 not dialing

Hi guys..
I'm trying to set up a new 4135 for a conference room. However, everytime i try to make a call...it says forbidden. It only dials or connects to the internal numbers.
I Think i'm missing something but not sure where can i look first.
Do you guys have any guide or have a working 4135 ? can you share your thought regarding this scenario?.
