how to reset UAI4 card or change port affectation

hi
i have a UAI4 installed on OmniPCX (Oxo) with 1 IBS (3 dect) and tow 4039 terminal.
port 1 is affected to 4039
port 2 is affected to 4039
port 3 is useb by IBS-Master (physicly installed)
port 4 is affected for IBS-Master (there is no IBS installed on this port) i want to connect a 4039 terminal on this port but the system dos'nt accept to change the affectation from ibs-master to ua acess or other (it's generating an error ).
how can i change this or rest all the port of the uai card .

when i try to operate the changes it's give me
"Erreur OMC-status interne pour la donnée Postes"
