Alcatel Omnivista 8770 not starting

Hey community,

I'm not sure if this is the right board to post this but we'll see.
We have an Alcatel Omnivista 8770. We disconnected the system from the power source this morning due to an issue with the voicemail service, we wanted to restart the system (we weren't able to connect through telnet because of wrong login information, the login to the Omnivista client worked tho).
The system is back up now but the telephones aren't working, they don't get any power.

I'm a little bit confused about the LEDs on the system:

Gateway processing unit:
- Power: Steady green
- CPU: flashing green / sometimes it's steady green for a while
- Fan: Off (not red, not green; fans itself are on)
- Module: Steady green
- LAN: flashing green

Callserver:
- Power: Off
- CPU: flashing green / sometimes it's steady green for a while
- Fan: Off (fans itself are on)
- LAN: Flashing green

I've read somewhere that the power supply is fried if the Fan LED is not on, is that true?

Does anyone here know that behavior or had the issue before?
