having problem with my existing ALCATEL PABX

Good day
Am having difficulty in accessing my office PABX. it was install by set of engineers 10 years back, i could not reach them. MY PROBLEM is that ;part of the extension line is saying "please dail your extension number". I need your help to access this equipment to re-configure it.
PABX DETAIL: ALCATEL PABX with omnipcx enterprise shelf comprises of RMAB 3BA23081, 3pcs OF eUA 32 3BA232566, eZ32 3BA23265, CPU6 3BA23197 with ALCATEL CBRMA connecting box
