How to reassign a UTL license.

Good morning all,
I just cleaned up my OXO in Conenect R3 version.
I removed 12 analog phones from my installation and would like to record a new DECT.
I would need to know how to unregister analog phones to release the 12 universal licenses and how to register new DECTs.

Go to "Subscriber/Base Station List" and in the details of the analog user. Check the "Out of Service" box and do a warm reset
