ACD menu hidden on OMC after reset - CC disappeared

Hello,
I am facing an issue with our OXO at work, we used to have a Call Centre on it and it worked for years. Yesterday we noticed the CC is not receiving calls at all. I was unable to login to oxo as it didn't accept the password and i figured out that the oxo has been reset(the whole config was gone). as of now i am able to login, i have imported the latest DB and all services work fine excpet the call centre. it doesn't show up on the menu. and when i try to restore it from the data base it gives me an error (screenshot). I have even used many DBs and nothing work when it comes to ACD. Do you have any idea what's wrong with it and how can i fix it? is it hardware ? would you please help on this.

Issue solved,

I had to replace the HDD to be able to restore data. But the PABX is now restarting frequently.
