Remove Lock State : Manual Lock on OmniPCX Office small

Hello,

I have two analogue phones with a busy tone that cant make any calls. Looking around in OmniPCX Office Management Console I found they have Lock State: Manual Lock under Subscribers/Miscellaneous. Can you help with disabling the lock ? They dont have any password that I am aware off

It looks like a Licence Problem. Do you have enough UTL?
