Create a New Extension

Hi,

I want to create a New Extension on my Alcatem Omnipcx Enterprise, In fact, I have create a user but when I connect the 4008 IP Phone It says "Service Refused" when I try to set the extension on the phone.

Well, I was trying to change from 19000 to 19100, I have deleted the 19000 and created the 19100, what is missing?

Note: Im doing via mgr.

Step by step - you create user (set type IP Touch 4008), connect set, manage IP parameters, set initialization go from step 1/5 to 5/5. System ask enter set number and after input - says "Service refused"?

Exactly, and there is a voice telling that "the number is not autorized"

Check - user number (created user in mgr) and entered number - may be you make mistake during creation (191000 or 18100 instead of 19100)

I have checked the users and the user was not created!!!, don't know what I did, but it was not there.

Now, Im trying to create a new one, and im getting an error.

OBJECT -1: ATTRIBUTE 0: invalid Attribut Value
