Dear ALL,
I want to install and configure Add-on module 40 programmable keys to 4039 telephone set. system is OXE version 10, how to configure this module.I installed the AOD 40 but this appear on its screen

User - configure item Add on module 1 - 40 keys.
Connect module.
Configure keys.

the problem is the add-on module is not working and showing as in the picture

we don't have any other add-on module in this site, we did installing and configuration as you mention before in vad two replies but the problem still exist.
