Hi,
I want to check many of Ext/Directory Numbers if are still in use by employees.
Is there some possibility to e.g. check last usage includes internal and external calls?
Maybe by check the Equipment Address last usage - similar to cisco switchport show interface command where last input/output can be checked?
Thanks in advance for any tip.
List Ext/Directory_No usage
Re: List Ext/Directory_No usage
With external calls - it' no problem if you havr proper accounting configuration (i.e. incoming and outgoing calls are billed.
With internal calls it's harder - you shoul have licenses for internal calls accounting or Ominvista with Past-Time Performance licenses.

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
Re: List Ext/Directory_No usage
So, I can check the external incoming/outgoing calls in OmniVista4760: Accounting > Organization > NMC.
For internal I tried:
Application > Accounting > Parameters > Loading / Accounting checked all.
Directory > System > NMC > right click, choose Synchronization / Complete and wait for finish
Open scheduler > Complete LDAP/PCX Synchronization > Reports > date > Load IP records / Execution report: "Task didn't start, cause no license available". Or something like this in EN.
Does it means that the license is missing right? Or I'm doing something wrong?
How can I checked if the license is issued?

You can check licenses in OXE - in CLI "spadmin" command, in 470 -Help\About.

Lol what he meant was 4760, not 470, was a typo.
Check in spadmin if you have those licenses
