Total newbie here - need instructions on how to add 8086

Good day good people of Alcatel unleashed,

I am learning the system and would appreciate a little help. I am looking for instructions on how to add a 8068s premium smart phone to Omnivista 8770.
I am unable to associate the unalocated device to a specific user if I do not set type as 8088. It tha shows as associated but once I connect the device it never gets provisiond. Again a total newbie here. Any pointers would be great. I just inherited the system and have no training on it.
