I got a wallboard Alcatel 3bd19232AC and I search the documentation and softwares in order to make it work to display messages from a PC.

I already have the necessary software (Alcatel 4400 CCS Server 5.1.6 and 7.0.0.0 Wallboard CC), but after the launch of CC Wallboard I have the error message "could not find the file ccs.ini". Is linked because there is no PBX connected behind ?
Otherwise, the wallboard is serial , how connected to the PC (wiring) for use with Teraterm ?

You need mandatory an Alcatel Oxe pbx... Do you have it?

My goal is to use this wallboard directly from a PC (without PBX) to only display messages. Is it possible ? and how ? what software to use?

i've never used it by myself... but maybe it works for you

I have CSS and WBM install and are launched on my PC (without PBX connected) but I can not use beaucause i have an error after launching WBM: CCS.ini missing ...

I also bought some months ago an Alcatel Wallboards. I have found some documentation, but I couldn't find the Wallboard manager (CC Wallboard ?) software. Do you have any links ?

The Wallboard manager (CC Wallboard ?) software is a paid software subject to license. it is not a free download software.

But to use your wallboard you can use another free software like this one : https://sites.google.com/site/terminalbpp/
