another wallboard - quite basic but now showing "cummulative" stats for whole day on Genesys Compact Edition.

I had it finally running end of 2009 I think, with Premium.
Softpanel was awesome.

Note, in the second view (MBC2_May2012.png), the Queue named 'REFUSE' is not calls refused, but its the calls received by the customer for 'dustbin/waste collection services'
