Issue throught VPN

I'm trying to connect a 8008 IP Phone to an OXE via VPN

I managed to create a Server-Client VPN, I connected my IP Phone to it using intergrated VPN settings. I have my user created on my OXE.

My IP Phone access my VPN - OK
My IP phone can have contact with my OXE - OK

Actually my IP Phone keep restarting at Phase 5/5 (Saying : Restart Please wait ). I checked in my OXE, I have the correct MAC address, my OXE has registered my IP Phone but, in IP address, I have my firewall Ip address. I think I have it here because I'm going throught a VPN. So, my question, why my IP Phone cannot start ?
