Internal audio fine, one way audio external

Hi,
I am deploying IP Phones over VPN with a centralised OXE found in a data centre and IP Phones on remote sites.
Between these sites there is VPN.

Site 1:
OXE:
IP: 192.168.31.1/18
GTW: 192.168.31.254(Interface IP of Router)

IP Phone(4018(3)
IP: 192.168.31.100/18
GTW: 192.168.31.254 (Interface IP of Router)
TFTP Address: 192.168.31.1

Site 2:

GTW: 192.168.64.1 (Interface IP of Router)

FROM SITE 2
When i place a call from 4018(1) to 4018 (2), there is no call issue, Two way audio ok.
When i place a call from any of the 4018s externally through the PRI line, the Recipient hears me but i cannot hear him. Audio is only one way.
It's the same when an external party calls me on any 4018 found at site 2
Internally audio ok
Externally one way audio (only outgoing)

FROM SITE 1
when i place a call from a 4018(3) found at Site one externally through the PRI line there is no call issue, two way audio is OK.
Internally audio ok
Externally audio ok

All ports are Open on the Routers doing the VPN Connection.
I need help to troubleshoot the ONEWAY AUdio issue on external call at SITE 2.

I do not see anywhere the IP of the media gateway holding the PRI line.
Anyway --> one way audio means network issue. Your RTP packets are not routed correcty in one way. It looks that the routing is not ok for the INTIP or GD/GA holdint the IP phone to PRI communication in from SITE2 --> SITE 1 PRI

compare default router from cs and gd.
also look at the cs about static routes.

Gd has either the wrong or no default gateway configured.

Added static route to the OXE, for communication outside the LAN
Also compared GD Gateway address to CS gateway address. Added GD Gateway address as it was forgotten.

Now audio both ways are fine.
