Well, after one hour of observing, the problem is still here. Phones are always rebooting...
Re: 8028/8038 with new NOE always restarting

Seems they reboot after 30 min, so earlier
Re: 8028/8038 with new NOE always restarting
so it is a dhcp issue.
i think it should be resolved in a newer firmware for the 80x8s phones.
you can also check with a wireshark capture on a mirrorport (phone).

Well well...
Do you think I can downgrade to 4.52 ?

Re: 8028/8038 with new NOE always restarting
no, i do not think so. 4.52 is only for the older ones.
anyhow... somebody (your Alcatel-Lucent Businesspartner) have to check the possibilities, since the firmeware in the phones are coming with the main software release in the oxe. maybe or not... i think you have to install a newer patch or an upgrade in oxe callserver.

Thank you !
I should be angry against this partner, because he sold us the phones, knowing our OXE version !

don’t be angry... they’re just technicans and trust what alcatel say...
just one more question?
are the phones seperated from the callserver (different subnet?)?
can you send the configuration of the dhcp scope, please?
