Alcatel 4028 IP Phones not working when switch reboots

When Switch Reboots some 4028 IP Phones are not getting up. Manually has to remove the lan cable and reconnect then it is working . It is happening frequently in some 4028 phones.

So many phones can boot at the same time.
What's the size of your installation ?
What error message is on the phone ?
