broadcast message over all ip touch 4038 phones

Hey guys,
Is there a way to pre record a button to broadcast a message to everyone with a deskphone? Like a loud speaker of sorts? I know when I call one person I have the option to press the stspkr annouc button. Would like to be able to do it company wide.

its called Master conference, new lock in OPS and away you go! you may need GPA2 or GDs if you dont have them as it uses compessros!
