Help with ISDN traces

Post by MMadrid »

Hello guys.

I´ve a problem, maybe, with Bri connection.

The trunk group is working properly, but sometimes, the Public Operator (Telefónica-Spain) send a Status and the Pbx (Oxe R8.0) disconnect the call.

The trunk is configured with two T0 access.

I can see information about ISDN standard, and said:

9F -> Normal, unspecified

This message reports the occurrence of a normal event when no standard cause applies. No action is required

Can i ignore this information element and doesn´t disconnect the call?

I know the parameters in System: "Ignore ISDN Fault, or Ignore ISDN cause...etc. All of them are activated (True) but i´ve the same problem.

Someone could said me about this?

Thanks so much in advanced

This is the capture ¿t3? with the complete trace:

Outgoing call from Pbx, to mobile phone by BRI trunk group:
