debug voip capture command - Mediant Software E-SBC

Post by swinstu »

I have a customer who is experiencing 2 out 100 calls with no audio for inbound or outbound calls on their SIP trunk.
I have logged a call with the carrier who has requested a packet capture at the demarcation point which is the OT-SBC - Mediant Software E-SBC
The guide from the SBC userguide advises as follows:

Capturing VoIP Network Traffic
You can capture VoIP network traffic by sending traces to the CLI or to a file that is later
sent to a TFTP server. The traffic can be captured using the following CLI commands to
start the debug capture process:
debug capture voip

Any suggestions on how to capture the WAN leg of the traffic?

I have tried "debug capture voip interface vlan #" (# being the vlan ID of the WAN interface defined)
