how to reset forgotten password

as my subject above could you give me manual
how to reset forgotten password in OA5510?
I've tried with boot option but still no progress and there are no manual in Business Partner portal

There is one, but I will still help.

- Press CTRL+C to interrupt the boot right after you power-on the OA5510.
- Choose "Boot Rescue Image"
- Select option 8 from Rescue menu "Disable startup config"
- Select option 0 to reload the OA5510

Your device will prompt you for a new password after the next reload.

as additional info, we can load from startup-config we were disabled before.
