I locked swinst

I entered the password wrong three times and on the fourth it locked me out of swinst. How do I unlock it? Will it time out and let me back in? Any help would be appreciated.

It is blocked just for a few minutes. Try again in five minutes.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
