hi anyone ~
My customer's CS does not work. I replace it with another one .So problem come that CPUID does not match the new CS and there will be 30 day left(PS: the old CS will be back from ALU after 90 day or more time ...). At last 1 day ,i have to restore the mao or rm the ops and restore ops to recover it . No matter which Method ,I have to do it Manually by myself at 11:00 pm. It's too tired and I want to do it automaticly by itself. ^0^
I wonder whether there are some methods or command like mgr -log XXXX to record step. or does someone have script to do it ?
I find some script from WEB can do it ,but all scrpt need expect command to run it....OXE Linux does not have ....Does someone know how to setup expect.rpm on the OXE Linux ?

Open eSR with ALU and move your license to the new CPU.

thanks for reply~ I know move the license to the new CPU is the best way to solve the problem.but you know my Boss don't want to do this,because when the old CS come back,I will move the license again.

Check this forum. What you are looking for has been debated and it is possible (but not using swinst).

You should be aware that your approach (to keep licenses on a different CPU for more than 30 days) is not allowed by ALU.
