HOTEL FIDELIO WITH ENTERPRISE R7.0

HOTEL FIDELIO WITH ENTERPRISE R7.0

My client has just installed FIDELIO application on their hotel.
The application is Release 5.04
Alcatel-Lucent Omni PCX Enterprise is Release 7.0
Problem. Fidelio is reporting invalid record from PCX Enterprise.
My question, Is Release 7.0 compatible with this Fidelio release 5.04??
I want to confirm this for me to advise they should upgrade their PABX
I have other client running with the same application but with Enterprise release 9 and 10 and no problem.
Please someone should advise me.
