Incoming calls drop or silent

Hello,
I am facing a problem with incoming calls from public operator, when the pbx is sending the call to another node though Abc-f.
Some calls drop immediately after they are connected, or they are silent. Some calls are answered normally.
My configuration is:
Translator: first internal number -Entity Call
Entity day routing -hunting group
Entity night routing- pilot in other node

So, at the moment i only have the problem in night routing.
I had the same issue issue when calls were served locally on that node, but i informed the public operator and it was solved.
I am sending the T3 trace of one call. Both OXE are in R11.1 l1.301

Hi,

You can try to increase a little more (ie: more 2 seconds) the timer T313 on the trung category assoviated to that Basic ISDN access (mgr-external services-trunk category).
By default the trunk category is 19, but you should 1st check it under the trunk group).

You have problem only when call routed to pilot on second node? If call destination - usual set - you have the same problem?
In another word - problem with call destination or with routing?

If call destination - user on second node - you have the same trace (when you send CONNECT to provider - PBX not recieve connection acknolegement)/

Unfortunately this is production environment and it's not easy to test with set instead of pilot. I will try to see if i can do this for one day.
I don't see a problem in routing though, because some calls are served normally. This is what is confusing. I don't have the issue with all calls.

After OXE sends Connect, he should receive Connect Ack within timer T313. On the provided trace, you did not receive Connect Ack within T313.
You can increase T313 in 2 sec, i never had problems with that. Any way you can revert it at any time. It is a dynamic timer,
Any way, T313 by default is 4s, this should be more than enough, so your T0 access can have some problems.
I also advice to you to make additional tests. You can use that trunk and make some outbound calls and check the bahaviour. Also check incidentes and configuration.

I tried sending the call to a local set, it's the same behavior.
Since yesterday i see the problem again in local served calls as well.
I don't see any incidents the same time with the issue. I will try to increase timer T313.

Hello,
I increased the timer T313, but i still get "recovery on timer expiry" cause. The only difference is, that now sometimes, they have time to talk before the line drops. In this case the user will talk to the client for about 10 sec and then the line is dropped. In the trace, this seems like a normal call. I receive connect acknowledgemnt and then send "disconnect" with cause "normal call clearing". Any ideas?

Hello Sofia,

To you have a trace for the recovery timer expired and another for the normal disconnect. For the case of normal disconnect and 10s of conversation, did you check in terms of áudio if it was ok. Perhaps there was a lack of áudio and one of the actors disconnect the call.
