Illegal hardware key

Hello! I am having a serious problem with my OXE.

Backstory: recently, my CS board died. The seller replaced it but the system started to report unactivated every time I used the console, also it was reporting "Wrong CPU-ID". They said the message would go away as soon they change the licence within Alcatel, which they said they did.

Some time passed, the Wrong CPU-ID message is still on. Also, there are two CPU-IDs - the ID 0, which is the same as the board installed, and the ID 1, a very long ID that starts with "CCSID" and I can't delete it, the system says there is no CPU-ID 01.

Now, things got worse. Every phone here is saying "Call Installer". The message goes away for some hour every time I reload the OPS files.

I checked the settings, and this forum, did what I could, but I couldn't figure out how to fix this error:

Some problem with OPS files (as I understand - new OPS files with new CPU-Id was installed).

When you replace CPU - you need new OPS files with CPU-Id for new CPU.

Or your seller give you wrong OPS files, or
You not install new OPS files.
