Mastered Conference Issue on IP sets

may be 15 - not enough (just ring 3 times)?
Do you have some incidents at this time?

I have a guy that sits in front of 5 telephone sets (IP Alcatel, analog, Ip non-Alcatel), and me with my mobile and office set(as abbreviated numbers) and in 15 secs we have enough time to answer, but as soon as someone answers, all other sets stop ringing. We even tried to off-hook after the ring stops, but it seems that the call is stopped before that. The only incident i had was minor error in SIP component (I have a SIP public trunk set up), but calls were ok. I don't think that it is related, since I have enough compressors and there are no public calls yet (the system is in test mode now). Now I did an empty database and reconfiguration with just internal sets and conference.

If you work with EXTERNAL users - Check - System - item "Max Nb Trunks Conf.N"
