System / other Systemparameter / System Parameters / External Signaling Parameter / NPD used for external forwarding . diffrent the -1.
Then your provider must support that you send a other number

That provider feature is called "CLIP no screening".
Beware: if the customer has provider based accounting billing regarding the extensions, they will sum it up because they can´t break it down to the extension any more.

Re: Show the calling number
Good morning everybody,
I have the opposite problem here, I have a QSIG between Cisco and Alcatel, when user B (Alcatel) is forwarded to C (Cisco), if A calls B, then number that shows C is A.
I am playing with some integration with MS Exchange 2007, and I want to show in the case above numer B, instead of A. If I change NPD for external forwarding to any value, it always shows A. It isn't a Cisco problem, I have trying forwarding to a mobile phone and the number was still A (I can know this because A is a number in my range)
I think it is a software issue, as I think I have played with this before and it changed the way the number is presented. My software version is R8.0.1 g1.503 for Spain
I will be very glad if someone can give a clue.

Re: Show the calling number
Try to use path replacement for that (rerouting instead of joining). It is somewhere in trunk parameters.
Regards.

Re: Show the calling number
Thank you for your answer tot3nkopf, I have been reviewing the trunk configuration in OXE and I don't see the parameter you mention, in the documentation I haven't seen it either.
The most related parameter I have seen in the trunk is "Call diversion in ISDN", I have activated it, but no luck so far.
I am quite sure that the problem is in the OXE part, because I have activated a trace with wireshark, and I can see as OXE is sending A instead of B
Thanks in advance.

Re: Show the calling number
"If I change NPD for external forwarding to any value" - what about "-1"?
