Creat VLAN on Omniswitch 9700

Hi,
i'm not good for alcatel. Can you help me?
My system has Omniswitch 9700 and it has VLAN. VLAN 5 (192.168.5.xx), VLAN 162 (192.168.162.xx),..
Then, i created VLAN 4 on port 5/5 witch ip 192.168.4.xx but not run
this is my commands:

• -> vlan 4 enable name "VLAN 4"
  -> ip interface "FTP_Server" vlan 4 address 192.168.4.252 mask 255.255.255.0
  -> vlan 4 port default 5/5
  -> vlan 4 authencication enable

In mny past 8 years i never ever needed to put authentication enable for a vlan, so try to disable that and plug a device in port 5/5 give it a proper IP (192.168.4.200/24) and ping your Switch/DG 192.168.4.252
