Hi,
do you use 2 power supplies?
Please note that the half chassis models (OS6855-14 and OS6855-U10) use different power supplies than the 24 port models.
The power supplies for OS6855-U10 and OS6855-14 models come in the form of a power brick in either AC or DC variant.
OS6855-PSS : AC power supply provide only system power (PS-I40AC, DC Output 12V 40W)
OS6855-PSS-P : AC power supply provide PoE only power (PS-I66AC-P, DC Output 54V 66W)
On OS6855 you have PS1 and POE1.
OS6855-14 switches using PoE also require a second power supply.
For this configuration, plug the longer connector cable from the PoE power supply (OS6855-PSS-P) into the PoE1 port on the rear panel of the chassis.
Connect the shorter PoE connector cable to the female AC connector on the system power supply (OS6855-PSS).
Connect OS6855-PSS-P longer connector to PS1 port on the rear panel.
If all OK then you will be able to see:

Code: Select all

-> show power
Slot PS Wattage Type Status Location
----+----+---------+------+-----------+----------
 1    1      40      SYS      UP        External
 1    2     --       --       --        --
 1    3      62      POE      UP        External
 1    4     --       --       --        --
When you need only to start lanpower:

Code: Select all

-> show lanpower 1
Port Maximum(mW) Actual Used(mW) Status Priority On/Off Class

Hi,
you need two power supplies 1xSYS and 1xPoE(they are different). They must be connected as shown below, see attached foto.
Power cord (220V) must be connected to PoE power supply.
Please see OS6855 Hardware Users Guide for details.
