Firewall failover

Hi everyone,

I need to setup failover between omni 6855 and firewall.
This is my network and IPs that I want to use on omni 6855 and firewall:

Network 10.30.250.8 mask 255.255.255.248

IPs on omni 6855:
Port 1/1 10.30.250.9
Port 1/2 10.30.250.10
Virtual IP 10.30.250.11

IPs on firewall:
Port 1/1 10.30.250.12
Port 1/2 10.30.250.13
Virtual IP 10.30.250.14

My task is to setup failover on omni 6855. Another person gonna take care about firewall.
So I just have to do proper config on omni 6855 but I don't know what technology I should use: link aggregation or load balancing or may be I can try to use VRRP?
If somebody knows please give me an example how I can do it.

I have a 6900 switch and 4 ISP internet links coming on it from respective routers.
I have to configure PBR like if one ISP goes down then traffic should go through second link and same for others. With PBR, load balancing/sharing should also be done like for 50 IPs traffic should go to 1st ISP and other 100 IPs, traffice should go to 2nd ISP.
I want Link Failover and Load Balancing both.

I need your help for this configuration.
