How to reset without password and console cable?

I have OmniSwitch 6855-14. The password is lost. How can i reset it to defaults without password and console cable?
You can't..
Not sure how exactly it is done on a 6855 (i gues similar to 6850), but afaik you need a console cable for any reset on an Alcatel plattform, as you need to interrupt boot sequence and remove the user-database File.
So get a RS232-cable +alcatel adapter
