Crash and reboot

Some Alcatel OS6850 switches are crashing and rebooting. The reasons are unknown but they crash at the same time.

I've extracted the crash file but I can't see what is the cause.

Could you help me with this?

Hi,
you have to open a ticket at alcatel to find the reason.
