6850-p48X fan not working.

my 6850-p48x switch stack,
show fan -

when i change the new fan. Bat same issue coming. pleas ehelp me....

Are you sure that the fan are broken? Maybe it is cool enough and two of three are enough. I have seen the same at a 6450. At startup all 3 fans are running (you can hear that) and than only one.
Are there any logs ore traps?
