Last Release for 6850-u24X

Hello,
Please i need to know what is the last release for the 6850-U24X. Cause i can't set an 100/1000Base-T RJ45 SFP at speed 100 on a non hybrid port. Hope that an upgrade can fix this.
The switch is currently running with 6.4.4.
