Can't remove port from vlan

Post by hombrezuelo »

Hi everyone

I'm facing issues with a port this is the scenario

This is the info:
@Alcatel-Lucent OS6850-P48L 6.4.3.609.R01
@Port 1/7 with vlan port mobile enable
@vlan port default 100
@vlans 100, 101, 102 and 103 are configured on the switch

When I enable vlan port mobile on port 1/7 in automatically the vlan 101 is added to port 1/7
Then I added vlan 102 on port 1/7 with the command vlan 102 port 1/7

Vlan 102 it's the correct one to be in that port, here is the result of command show vlan port 1/7

> show vlan port 1/7
vlan type status
--------+---------+--------------
100 default forwarding
101 mobile forwarding----------------------------------------this vlan I didn't add to the port.
102 mobile forwarding----------------------------------------this vlan I added manually

This is the way that I did to remove vlan 101 from port 1/7

-> vlan 101 no port 1/7
ERROR: Group Mobility - rule not present

And I'm not able to remove vlan 101 from port 1/7

is there something that I'm forgetting to do?
is there another way to remove that vlan?

Please someone can throw me a bone here?

Thank you for your time and consideration.

There must be a rule that your traffic is forwarded to vlan 101.
Check with show mac-address-table which client-mac is in this vlan.
Check your vlan rules with show vlan rules.

The rules says which ip-addresses and which mac-adresses are forwarded to vlan 100...102. And traffic from specific ports forwards to vlan 2...6.
You should check with wireshark the traffic at port 1/7. And have you checked show mac-adress-table 1/7? there you see the mac address in vlan 101. Is it the same like in 102?
