Experiencing multiple intermittent outages with DHCP, also switches in the stack are crashing.

Hi,
I'm wondering what is the last release to upgrade OmniSwitch 6850-U24X switches.
We are running "OS6850-U24X 6.4.3.893.R01 Service Release, September 21, 2012", in our fiber stack, but we have
been experiencing multiple intermittent outages with DHCP traffic.

Also switches in the stack are crashing requiring reloads, they show up fine on "show stack topology" but all ports
link LEDs turn off on the front panel, and don't show up on "show interfaces port" nor "show interfaces status".

We hope that an upgrade can fix this asap.
