Hi,
I have tested the command without error at 6850E and 6450 (both with newest release). What is the result without the depth (only bw)?

Which release and which miniboot/uboot did you use? It's possible to update them?

I using AOS 6.4.4.577 and u-boot mini-boot as below :

I haven't a 6400 running at me. The newest build in 6.4.4 is 6.4.4.645
your Uboot/miniboot is ok.
In RN Ifind TCAM-error only in 6.4.4.540 (older than yours) - but often Alcatel has find the error internal and don't report this in RN. So please try an update of the image to build 645. Or open a SR at alcatel.
