How to run ipmvlan on multi nni port

I have two device connect behind a switch 6400, both of them run a multicast vlan.
Port 1/1 is uplink port, port 1/2-22 is customer port, port 1/23-24 is trunk port.

I use this configure, but it failed. Please help me fix it.

ERROR: 1/24 Port not user customer/provider port
