IP TV on LS6224

I'm trying to set up IP TV on LS 6224. If I put user ports into the same vlan where IP-streamer is - I have IPTV on client PC.
vlan 100 - multicast vlan, vlan 462 - user vlan

interface vlan 100

ip igmp snooping host-time-out 60
ip igmp snooping leave-time-out 15

But if I put IPTV into the 100 vlan and user trafic to the 462 vlan - no TV on client PC
