GBic Connection

Hello Champs,

I have a 6224P linking a PABX shelf and all is well running on fibre and transceivers. Now i bought GBic connectors to isolate the seperate power supply for these transceivers so that now everything is powered by the switch.
The problem is, there is no link when i change to the GBics, is there any configuration that i need to do, i tried both ports?
