Spanning-Tree compatibility Cisco-Omnistack ls 6200

I have a network with both cisco and alcatel omnistack ls 6200.Cisco run rapid per vlan spanning tree. I know that per vlan spanning tree is cisco-proprietary so i was wondering which mode can i use in order to interconnect all the switches.
