Hi, we also have a problem with OS6200 FATAL ERROR. After power went down for a short time, when the switch came up, it went into this following loop:

As I saw, some of you have already had this problem, and I was wondering have you managed to solve it and how?
I entered Startup menu, and I downloaded new software version, but I succeeded to download only software.img file (when I tried to download bootrom.bin and software.lsm, it reported "error"). After I downloaded software.img, it went in "WARM BOOT", but nothing changes...

And unfortunately, in Startup menu, there is no option "Erase Flash sector", only "Erase flash file", and therefore I don't have possibility to erase entire flash memory and go from scratch.

Anybody can help?

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Jovana

Good morning,
in Startup menu has a hidden Advanced menu pressing Ctrl+Shift+6 and there exists a Erase Flash Sectors option.
