Problems to Get Console and Telnet Connection.

Good Afternoon

I have a problem with a group of Switch Alcatel LS 6224 in stack mode. Yesterday, I could get console from telnet connection from my pc. But, I lost connection, neither answer ping requests.

I tried to connect from console port in a hiperterminal session. But, I cant access to administrate the switch. Only one more time, appears this message:

But, I don't know how to enter. This message just appears one more time.

The switch funtions work in this moment, but, I cant configurate nothing and I cant reboot the switch in this moment.

I've found a problem with Switches, the CPU is in 100% of usage. This causes the Switch lost process like administrative. We're searching a loop or a missing configuration in they!
