Problem of disconnecting communications

I have new OmniStack LS 6224 i update is firmware to "OS6200_v1.7.1.12"

But I have a problem with it
Every randomly time period

Communication to Some of computers disconnected

Communication resumes only if I disconnect the computer network cable and connect it again
Other computers on the network remain unchanged (In other words there is communication)

the computers from which Communication is disconnects are random

what could be the problem ???

"new" LS6224???? This switch has end of sales a lot of years ago (8 or 9). So you have a very old switch
What have you tested until now? changed working with not working device? checked port status (autoneg, full or half)? Show all devices at the 6224 the same behavior? Or is there one computer that works normal? What did you mean with randomly period? Does it work for some days and than the issue occours?

There were a few new pieces packed
In a warehouse I had to clean up
